How to reduce RE help

How to reduce RE help
Good morning everyone,

As I work to  dial in my settings on my ResMed auto sense 11 I am curious how can I reduce RE’s?

I have performed a Google search as well as looked on this board forum and another sleep apnea board to find information and I have not been able to find any. I use RE in the search and even spelled out the words.

Looking over all my Oscar data it seems I may have 3 to 4 RE’s a night on average.

Typically you would increase EPR as that treats flow limitations. In lieu of that you would increase pressure

In your case I would ignore them and just look at comfort
