You have very high levels of both flow limitations and hypopnea. If your machine has an exhale relief pressure option, then I thing you should maximize it. On a Resmed Autoset I would set EPR to 3 and probably fully resolve this issue. Any bilevel of course could also produce a different inhale/exhale pressure. That's what you need.
