I'm not coughing, not very congested. Anyone have any thoughts on why the change?

RE: Huge Increase in AHI Following Flu
Kimi, after one more post your should be able to post Sleepyhead images. I suspect that since flu targets the respiratory system, that has a lot to do with your results, and may have affected your CPAP therapy. It is impossible to advise on a cause without knowing the types of events and what your Autoset machine is doing in terms of pressure. Hopefully this setback is temporary. It seems you have gone from an AHI of about 1.0 to perhaps 3-4?
You could take a look at your data from before and after the flu, and see what differences have occurred between median and 95% pressure if any. The types of events and your machine settings can all play a part.

Post your data Kimi and Sleeprider will give you some excellent advice! You should be able to get your AHI quite a bit lower than 8 on a nightly basis. That is still a bit too high since you are being treated with an excellent Auto CPAP machine. Look to our signatures on how to do that and how to organize your charts to make them more readable.
