RE: Humidifier Airsense 10 uses very little water
I have no problem with the tongue blocking mouth breathing while falling asleep, but I defy anyone to control what they do while deep in REM .
Tried mild taping, but that appears not to be enough, waking with very annoying dry mouth. I'm assuming that's what's waking me up , but can't be 100% sure it's not something else.
Will try a full mouth seal and see what happens.
