RE: Rice Therapy 22/23
Can a pillow be too flat ? Mine is about 2 inches in thickness
CA and OA decided to call HYOP and the 3 of them crashed RERA's place, and then the 4 of them decided to call Large Leak to meet in an Unclassified location while Rice95 had the best night of his life.

Rice,
The collar should not be super tight. You should be able to put two or three fingers under it. It shouldn't restrict your neck from total movement. You just don't want it so loose that you can twirl it around. It does have to be snug enough to keep your chin from tucking.

Results last night with a 4 inch pillow this time.
Maybe this was it? My last pillow was only 2 inches thick. Collar not quite as snug too. Either way the pillow isn't too high. Much more comfortable too.

Looks much better. It's just a matter of finding what works and of course comfort.
Stick with it for a few days, then try a pressure of 10cm.
