The A10 AutoSet for him is a fine machine. The for her is slightly better, both for the optional auto for her algorithm and RERA detection. Some people have been reporting that the newer "4her" models do RERA as well.
The "4her" algorithm is a "gentler" choice on the way the Auto works. Auto bothers some people, even males, and the 4her algorithm might be more comfortable for you. Personally, I think it would be good addition to have adjustable "aggressiveness" and "speed" adjustments on all APAP machines.
Given the choice, I'd go for the 4her, but I wouldn't fight too hard or pay that much more for it.
