A pillow between your knees is easy to try and involves little or no cash outlay. It really helped me.

It's not really my back. It's just general soreness from sleeping on one side too much. I also get some mild pain on the side of the head I sleep on. Like I wrote before, I would twist and regularly before my cpap. Now I fall asleep and don't wake up until 6 hours later in the same position.
