Does this show you what you're looking for?

To all, to each, a fair good-night,
And pleasing dreams, and slumbers light.

Yes. That looks like a classical case of central apnea. It may well be induced by the CPAP pressure.

In terms of how harmful it is, notice how long between your last breath of one group and the first breath of the next.

It looks like the apneas are between 10 and 20 seconds long, and you then breathe well for 10 seconds or so between pauses. Since you have shallow breaths on each end, it's a little iffy about where to

Doesn't seem terribly bad, but it's worth keeping an eye on, in case it gets worse, especially if you change pressure, medication, etc. You're also not doing it all night long. You're sort of in the gray area.

See how it develops over time. Sometimes CA like this goes away. Be careful to check if you increase your pressure.

If it's midnight and a DME tells you it's dark outside, go and check it yourself.
