I definitely think it is a good idea to get a few weeks of data before making any further changes.

Good morning Hal,
Therapy seems to be shaping up well. If you didn't know already, there are some folks that take many months to get value from therapy. You are still very early into treatment but I believe you are going to get great benefit by sticking to this regimin and working as hard as you have will get you some serious reward in your health. Kudos.
