I think I need a new pillow
Hey everyone,

I have been on my sleep apnea therapy for a week now and it's GREATlike!!!
Has anyone changed to a different type of pillow they sleep on. I feel like my pillows are not they best I could be sleeping with my treatment. I'm looking for any suggestions or ideas on what everyone is using.

I was thinking about getting a contour pillow for Cpap.

Any feed back would be great.

Thank you

Hi Meikar and Welcome to Apnea Board!
You have to find a pillow that not only supports your neck but allows you to sleep on your side without knocking your mask off.

I tried the contour pillow and it didn't work for me. It seemed hard and since I have a short neck, the pillow just didn't fit. Everyone is different and it may work for you.
I have been using the My Pillow for over a year and am happy with it.
I'm sure you will get loads of responses as to what everyone uses. Good Luck in your search.

Hi Meikar,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
I use a buckwheat hull pillow. "Google" Pur-Sleep, they have a Buckwheat hull pillow that you can look at.
Good luck to you with your CPAP therapy.

Hi Meikar - WELCOME! to the forum.!

Add a +1 for what trish6hundred said. These pillows can be adjusted with more or less fill to accommodate your size and sleeping position.

I also just got the buckwheat hull pillow and it's a big improvement over normal pillows. I'm a side sleeper with nasal mask and the pillow improves the leak rates significantly.
