IBS and Sleep Apnea Link ???

I addition to being a horrible sleeper prior to using my CPAP and having now after years of issues I used to have terrible IBS where I would take an anti Diarra pill twice a day from my GI and still always had issues now even that it so much better and I no longer that pills for IBS is this weird or has anyone else experienced the same thing.

Also here is my last night chart any feedback is appreciated as it has been 3 weeks now
