If I don't sleep through my events increase

Yeah it can be pretty subjective, so try to go about your day, grade it on how it is going, then in the evening check your score.

or you can do what I did the other day. - cheat -

turn your machine off for a few minutes at the 4:30 wake up. then turn it back on and resume. if you don't like the numbers for the last bit, then turn the session off in sleepyhead.

SEE! MAGIC! low scores YEAH.Oh-jeez
