That looks pretty good, I think I'd like to change PSmin from zero to 2.0 to see if we can address the snoring and hypopnea. You may need to increase EPAP min as well to clear the OA, but we can hold on that for a bit. The OA events were very clustered, so that could be positional, as in a cluster of events from tucking the chin or otherwise obstructing the airway. Most of the night looks pretty quiet.

I agree. I was messing with my F20 I was wearing the air fit which is not very comfortable because my air fit has a tear but I changed back to it anyway and slept much better. I have always had an increase in AHI twords the end of the night. I try  raising PSmin tomorrow night. Thanks again.
