In "Easyspeak" which oximeter should I get

Here's a copy of the report the CMS-50F produced for my first night. The software is not too bad once you figure it out a little. It has the ability to "eliminate" spikes from the data which was nice. For instance in my case I had a sudden spike down to 71% O2 which I though was weird. Turns out it happened when I got up this morning and I must have dislodged the finger thingy enough to blow it's mind. So I eliminated that, and the report shows me (I think) that all is not so bad for an old guy. I have always thought I perked along at around a steady 93 all night as long as I was using the machine, and this shows about 90, which is a little lower, but ok... Beats 0.
