In case you wondered about the C-100 battery performance...
#21
I just bought the 24v to 12v adapter kit for my Resmed A10. I have a summer car I store outside and I am going to bring in the car battery and use it. It is a smaller car and battery.

How well do car batteries perform?

Car batteries are designed for short, high power draw use (starting your car) and don't perform well or last well as a deep cycle battery when used with lower power draw (like an xpap) and are cycled through their entire charge.

It may work for a while, but it is not a good solution. Designed to yield a short burst of higher amperage power to crank an engine. Not long, slow, deep draws. Different construction than deep cycle batteries (number of plates/cell, plate thickness, plate spacing).

It would be like using an expensive road racing bike on an off road moto-X hill jumping course.
