Heart rate/blood pressure questions

RE: Heart rate/blood pressure questions
I'm glad you got your machine and are feeling so much better.

I wrote off my exhaustion for YEARS because I was pregnant/had newborn (repeat x 5 lol) Now I wonder how much was normal tiredness from being a mom of many vs apnea... Dont-know

My previous resting HR has always been 80-85. Just checked now and it is 68! Now I'm curious about my BP! I've been using CPAP for roughly 6 wks at a pressure of 6.

RE: Heart rate/blood pressure questions
Didn't know just how bad my blood pressure was going up during the night until my sleep study.....it was going to stroke levels....CPAP has it back down in a very safe realm now. Your blood pressure is down because your more relaxed and are sleeping better without the stress of what sleep apnea does to you while your asleep.
