Locked Humidity controls
Hello, I recently received my replacement Philips Dream Station from Philips. My original machine (which was recalled) had the option of adjusting the humidity level. The replacement shows locked for that setting. Does anyone know a way to unlock that setting or do I have to contact Philips? They are not very helpful in my experience.

From the Provider Mode > Therapy Tab > scroll down to "Patient Access" > Toggle Patient Controls Access to ON.
I believe the only setting not available for your control is the Auto On/Off feature. You have to contact a DME for help with that, which is my opinion is ridiculous.  Order the Provider Manuals here: https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-p...tup-manual
