chin strap
Lately my AHI has been going up from around .5 to almost 3. Last night I tried the chin strap I gave up on a month ago and this morning my AHI was 0.
If you tried a mask or something earlier in your treatment and couldn't use it, maybe try it again.
You might be surprised what you can now tolerate now after a few months of sleeping with an octopus strapped to your face. Lol
