RE: Interrupted readings, leakage
I assume you have the daily page open when you take the screenshot? If so the steps are:
1. Maximise the page if not already maximised (either press F11 or click the little square icon at top-right)
2. Press F12 to take the screenshot. When you do this, the right sidebar will momentarily disappear, the image will be captured and you will get a notification that the image has been saved.
3. Navigate to your image file. In my case (using Win10) it's at C:\Users\Paul\Documents\Oscar_data\Screenshots and will have a filename like screenshot-20190706-221403.png

here is what I get
RE: Interrupted readings, leakage
I see nothing!
Can you walk me through the steps you did please? I'm sure there's something simple happening but I can't work out what. Can you also give me full details of your computer.

I'm sorry , I put the png file attachment in the dialog box below
this?
RE: Interrupted readings, leakage
I have the daily view up, looks formatted correctly, hit the f12 and the only image I get is the thumbnail above

computer is a HP Microsoft based system - running windows 7
RE: Interrupted readings, leakage
I too have a problem when taking screenshots using the default graphics engine. My image comes out black. I've found that changing the graphics engine will correct the problem. There are two different ways to change the engine.
- In OSCAR, go to File -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Graphics Engine. Select one of the other engines and restart OSCAR.
- Use the script file I have listed below to achieve the same thing outside of OSCAR. Unzip it and run it by double-clicking on the filename in Windows Explorer. It will run in a DOS Window.

Change OSCAR Graphics Engine
The worst thing that can happen when trying this is, they won't work and you will still be were you are now.
Good luck and keep us informed of any successes or failures.

You can obtain a copy of the clinicians manual via the link at the top of this page (CPAP Setup Manuals) make sure you specify the exact make and model of machine and follow the instructions exactly to make life easier for our elves.
Quick question, how can Oscar detect very small seepage leak around mask seal when the air vent is leaking massively.
RE: Interrupted readings, leakage
The air vent is a constant. The machine knows how much it is sending. And it only flags large leaks. By reviewing the wave forms you can get a sense of how much and frequently the type of leak.
