Into my sixth week
I have just started week six on cpap and it has changed my life. I am back to the sleeping patterns I had in my 20's & 30's where I never needed more than 6.5 to 7 hours quality sleep a night.
I have been fortunate to be one of the lucky ones who took to cpap therapy instantly, although I would have to give credit for that to the nurses at The Prince Charles Hospital in Chermside (Queensland, Australia). Who go out of their way to ensure the mask is comfortable, fits correctly and suits the way you sleep from the observations made at your first overnight sleep study.
