Mask Type: Nasal pillows
Mask Make & Model: ResMed Mirage Activa
Humidifier: none, boiled my head enough in the 70's
CPAP Pressure: 13
CPAP Software: ResScan

Other Comments: Addicted to my CPAP and won't even nap without it.

Dieting is a bit like CPAP. It would probably cure you. Unfortunately, lots of patients have a problem with "diet compliance.' CPAP is a lot easier.

So true! If I had someone to tell me exactly what to eat for each meal I could lose weight. Oh, that would be a personal chef which I can't afford Wink
