Invalid Serial Number on the replacement
I received my replacement DM - well at least part of - the front half not the humidifier. Went to install it on the Dream mapper software and it comes up with "invalid serial number" and that is after scanning the number. Even entering the number manually same result. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app.- no luck Any suggestions. It appears to be a valid number format just the software won't recognise it.

PM me your model and serial number and I’ll see if it looks weird.
(I work on the PR loader in OSCAR.)

what about the serial number shows in device? the new barcode label was input manually so it might get wrong
