Is High AHI a Problem if I'm Dreaming?

Is High AHI a Problem if I'm Dreaming?
I have a high-pressure almost-a-ventilator setting (EPAP 6, PS 7-10) I've used for a couple months, and I'm sleeping great. My AHI is averaging around 6. I looked today and find that the high pressure is inducing periodic breathing (10% of the night) with periodic hypopneas, but what do I care, I'm still sleeping, as dreaming reveals.

Is my strategy sound?

The times where the Hypopneas occured your philips was reaching max pressure to try and help. If you want to try and reduce them I would suggest raising the max PS to 15 it may help, but if you feel good with no mask leaks then does it matter it's mainly how you feel.

Your events are highly clustered.
My suggestion would be a soft cervical collar.
If that proves successful my guess is your ps requirements will also drop significantly.
Dreaming doesn’t mean you’re getting adequate deep sws sleep.
