RE: Is it safe to increase the minimum pressure of my cpap?
Thanks a lot to all of you! I'll start using sleepy head to study my progress.

Best wishes!

It's perfectly safe to increase your lower pressure to 6. 4 and 5 are actually pediatric pressures. Beyond that, you really need Sleepyhead data to evaluate. For some people, increasing the lower pressure above 8 can also increase central apneas. That's why nobody wants to make recommendations without data.

So what should i do with sleepy head? Should i store data for a week or so with my actual pressure and upload the screenshots?

Thanks for your advice!

The SD card in your machine already contains months of data. Load it up and look at it. You should be able to page back through the Daily Details and see how the changes you made, improved your results. Use the links in my signature to learn how to organize charts, take a screenshot (F12) and load them as an attachment to the forum.

The data will prove you made good decisions even though you were uncertain about why you made them. This history should be very useful at your next physician follow-up in changing the prescription pressure to what works best.
