Also since I am am not 100% sure how my Dr. needs to see to evaluate what do you suggest the most direct information I provide to him. Is this something he can get from what he receives remotely from the machine ?

Since the centrals are bothering you talk to your doctor about them. Show him Oct 30 and some of your newer charts. Show him a 15-minute view of a group of centrals, yes the 'CSR'/PB ones. Tell him that those centrals are really bothering you that you had them Oct 30 which was 7 months ago so they are recurring and not going away.
Ask him for a plan to eliminate or at least minimize them.
