Your test showed mild apnea.
A type 2 is similar to an in lab test but unattended so it can be at home.
The WarchPAT records more channels so is better than what you had.

Well he is wrong. You need treatment. Are you moderate or severe based on findings, no. You still require treatment. Tell him you want to be treated.
I will add to Gideons thought. Imaging someone choking you every 8 minutes. Then you wake up fight them off. Fall back to sleep to do it every 8 min for 8 hours straight. Sound like fun?

Is only 7 times an hour ok with you?
Really no, i was upset with his comment, so i am getting my own APAP device from Resmed from my money. The wait time to real sleep study here in Germany is 3 months. I have no central apnea.
But I have you folks who can help me.
Thats why my dreams are blurred and low in vision. The reported OSA happen during REM. In other sleep stages, maybe i am biting my teeth together.

RE: Is this sleep apnea? Im new.
here, i just started.
i am type 1 diabetic... so higher insulin levels in my blood lead to more OSA... i am wondering if its related with my "mental fatique" or brain fog/cognitive impairment, i suffer from TMJ disorder too
here is the pictures for 2 days:
on first day, i used the default setting with 4 pressure, i increased it to 6 and now it shows 0 AHI.
on 2nd day, i felt great somehow... but i got a little dizziness upon awakeing, so i try it again today.
im planning to switch from nasal mask to full face mask to get more comfortable.
