I recently bought the Jawbone UP fitness band to help me keep track of my fitness goals so that I can get in shape. Is there anybody else on our forum that has one? If so how accurate do you think the sleep option is, specifically the light sleep vs. deep sleep? Any hints or tips on how to make the most of this device?
For those that don't know this band will keep track of your sleep and identify how long it takes to fall asleep, how long you've been in light sleep and how long in deep sleep. It does other things like count steps, gives motivational messages, will buzz if you've been stagnant too long, etc.
