I just use my APEX XT Auto exclusively as my travel machine. The power unit is built in, so all I need is the power cable. I leave the humidifier at home.

The doctor says coffee does not affect my tinnitus and it's got lots of antioxidants....however, the after dinner drinks are a different matter altogether.

I bought a Dreamstation Go to Chile/Argentina for a month traveling to various sites and it worked fine on 220 Volts.  Chile and Argentina use different plugs but I had adapters that only used 2 of the 3 prongs in the socket.  Sorry you had a bad Dreamstation Go, but I found mine excellent for travel, very quiet and I hauled it around in my backpack on the airplanes we flew.   What I mostly liked it that it did not use and additional heavy brick for a power supply and has the power supply with the Dreamstation.

When I travel, I take both my VAuto and the mini. Mini to use on the plane and also as a backup. Both fit well into the resmed case. I leave my humidifier at home though. The mini fits in the bag where the humidifier normally sits.

I don't think any of the mini machines were designed to be used full time.
