BINGO! Turned off EPR , last night CA=1, AHI 2.8, still have mouth leaks but have a plan for that. I am back in the game! THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU ZONK and everyone.

I use SleepyHead software as well. Looks like we have to download the ResScan software programme.

No, you can see the same thing with SleepyHead.

[attachment=806]Gabby- in sleepyhead there is a tab for "daily". This has the detailed info for last night. Page down to leaks. You dont want to have a graph with mountains on it like mine- see attached. Hope this helps


Fyi Ahi 1.5 last night, 0 centrals. All I did was turn EPR off...

Readyforsleep, thankyou but I do have mountains like yours.
Does that mean my leaks are mouth leaks? I thought they were coming from my mask.
Most nights they are generally good numbers and I am not concerned, I just wanted to know where they were coming from.

No, I don't use a chin strap and I don't know how to post a picture Sad

As I said I am not too concerned with my overall leaks I was just wondering if you could tell from the graph if they were mouth or mask.
I probably should leave well enough alone.
I am pleased you have sorted your bits out.
