I wore a 3M soft cervical collar last night and had my best AHI yet. SpO2 is the best it has looked as well. I have a more sophisticated Viatom pulse ox coming in the mail today. I'm eager to see how it compares to the ring.

The previous chart showed the familiar pattern of clustered flow limitation and while SpO2 was improved at higher pressure, it left room for improvement. This most recent chart shows the potential of the soft cervical collar to clean up the remaining events and desaturation. Good looking chart!

Thanks for all the help. I am pretty happy with where things are. I am going to run things as-is (11/8 w/ collar) for the next few days and see how it looks. I got my new viatom pulseox that records every 2s (rings are 4s interval) so curious to see how that looks in OSCAR.
