I went ahead and made some mask adjustments and have pressure at 12.0. This morning, I woke up feeling a decent. my leak rate was significantly reduced. However, I am unsure if the stats overall are better.

thanks!

2.5, the doctor would jump for joy. I'd stay at 12 for a bit, get rid of the pie chart in preferences, toggle the calendar from view drop down. It will show better info. The odds are you are going to need a bit more pressure.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

there ya go. I know you or someone else told me to do that already.

Any better?

also, how would AHI be calculated when I had such large leaks? (40%+)? could my numbers even be trusted?

nope, we need the left hand side bar Smile only without the calendar and pie chart. some people have the link to how to set out the chart in their signature. scroll down to last screen

Did you sleep better with less leaks? They use to annoy the heck out of me. The leaks do need a bit more work, but you know this already. I'd leave the pressure where it is for now.

That's it, now the suggestions will come fast and thick. one thing, you can right click on the chart name eg, leak rate and change the y-axis to make the data easier to see. With the DS I think the target leak rate is 25-35? others with DS would have a better idea. You have 40-45 and the big leak.

You are pretty close, once the leaks are sorted more. Later you might need to bump it up in half units. If you cut the first 15 minutes out as you are falling asleep, other than the leak area, the rest isn't too bad. Fixing the leaks more, may be enough, it's wait and see.

No problem with the leaks. Numbers look good. If it were me I'd bump the minimum and maximum pressure up 1cm to get the AHI below two. But that's where I like it. Nothing wrong with the numbers you have now if your sleeping well.
