Just want to wine..or just want wine??
#1
So here we are leaving today for a week long cruise. Sounds good except 3 days ago I woke up with a sore lower back-cause unknown.

Played pickleball that morning anyway (pickleball is kinda like tennis using a whiffle ball). In hindsight it was probably not a good idea to play but I did. Well it just kept getting worse and by evening I needed help just to get out of a chair.

Here I am and my back is no better (and I admit feeling sorry for myself) and wishing I was home instead of getting on a ship today. Crying-into-tissue

Sorry just venting!

Don't cruise ships have spas? just saying. Wink

Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. Access through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Yes but I'm worried it will only make it worse. Sad

I had that happen to me and a deep muscle massage with Biofreeze helped!

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

No,the spa will help - if massage is available, all the better, but if not, the whirlpool and sauna are your best friend until you can get home and seek physical therapy. Most important is gentle traction of the area (stretching) and a good mattress. If you can tolerate NSAIDs, take Olfen or Voltaren, if not, use the plasters impregnated with them on the affected area, and avoid heavy lifitng or strong torsion.
