Keep waking up while using CPAP machine, oscar data attached.

Keep waking up while using CPAP machine, oscar data attached.
My doctor wanted me to test out CPAP for possible UARS,
however I keep waking up with it and can't get through a night with it.

Last night I used it for two hours,
I felt like I was getting to deep sleep maybe the last 30 mins or so
but ended up waking up with air flow noise once or twice.
After waking up after using for two hours, I just put it away.

I felt like I woke up with a lot of air flow noise, so I wonder if that means I woke up due to noise from  air leak or is there something else causing me to awaken.

I have attached images of my OSCAR data from last night.

Should I try changing my mask from pillow to full?
Are there settings I should try changing?

I think I was sleeping on my back.

Below is my oscar data from last night

EDIT: I can't seem to post images until I have 4 posts,
Maybe I can post links in the code?

The mask type you're using can make a lot of difference in air flow noise, and waking up or not sleeping is not unusual when you start using CPAP.  Ear plugs may be helpful while you're adapting.  In addition to my Airsense machine, I have an AirMini for travel.  That thing makes a lot of air noise, and I always have to wear ear plugs when I use it.

Do you only use nasal pillows? Did you try a full mask?
I am curious about trying full mask, so wondering what your thoughts on on a full mask.

Thank you.

I prefer full masks myself.  I tried on a nasal pillow mask and it felt like it would not stay on.  Not only that, the titration tech said I couldn't use one when I told her I am a mouth breather for the most part.

Your setting are not helping you get a restful sleep.  You have a min of 4 which is the lowest any machine can go.  For most people that is not enough air. You have high flow limits and to correct them,  I would suggest 2 changes to your settings.

Min 7
EPR set to full time - 3

Give those a couple of days and see if it helps your sleep, I think it may help

You have a large leak 15.83% of the time. In addition to the noise, you aren't getting any therapy during these events. Maybe the straps are not adjusted properly. Maybe you have the wrong size pillow. Maybe you turn over and dislodge the mask.
