KeepSmiling’s Book 2, ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto Adventure/Treatment

RE: KeepSmiling’s Book 2, ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto Adventure/Treatment
Chapter 23 – Wed, Nov 24

Yesterday, I went back looking at some of my recent OSCAR scans to see if obstructive events were real OA or “awake” events so I can lower EPAP a bit.

I lowered EPAP: 14.6 cm --> 14.2 cm, (- 0.4 cm), and
I Increased PS:  6.4 cm --> 7.0 cm, (+ 0.6 cm).
IPAP rose from 21.0 cm --> 21.2 cm.

For some reason my mask felt tight to the point of hurting the gum area so I let out the bottom straps a bit.  I will play with the medium sized cushion and see if I can get a good seal on if not I will use the small size again tonight.

I woke up few times. Twice I checked my watch.   I checked once it was 7:16.  I was surprised I actually fell back asleep at that time and so quickly.   I am hoping it is a new thing for me and not because I was tired.

With using the weighted blanket, I need to figure out how to easily turn from my side to my back and put my feet up.

I had two CA that I think are real.  It looked like there was a flow limitation before the CA event.

If you have never heard of "dial-winging",  this thread practically defines it.
