I put my hair in a semi-high ponytail before I put on the mask. Then I either sleep with the ponytail, or I take my hair out of the ponytail but let it cascade from where it's at so as to keep the headgear in place.
For the P10, I especially place the headgear like a headband - one band is down low at the base of my neck, and the other band is up along the top of my head at the hairline, and all of my hair is between the two bands (like a real headband I wore as a kid).
