The goal is less than 5 and to feel rested. The push for as low as possible is fun to try to reach but, really, the frustration from it may not be worth it. And as long as she is feeling great, it's not a priority.
Get the mask figured out. Settle into it. Once that is comfortable, then start looking at the data and deciding what to do with the pressure in order to lower the AHI. If you need help with that, let us know.
