I travel in the US and need a simple, uncomplicated, lightweight battery pack. What do you recommend.

Hi Custer12, First of all, Welcome! to the forum. You will need to know what machine you have so that you can get the help you need on your battery backup. When you find out the machine you have, put it into your profile so that when others see your post, they can more easily help you with your question. Best of luck to you.

ResMed makes lightweight Lithium-ion type batteries to be used with their own machines. For something simple and uncomplicated the Goal Escape might be a solution if you don,t need to use the humidifier but not sure about the costs
