Leak Rate Bad/Not? Can't get my AHI to >5

Hi,

I've been on therapy for almost 10days nows. I only had my AHI less than 5 i guess once..

I'm not quite sure if the mask is leaking or not.. I sleep sideways when i'm still awake.. but lie on my back when sleeping..

my question was if i have a leak rate as before my setting was only 7 cm/h20 - 16, to make it on the safe side.

yet now most of the time it blows to 14-16 in the morning.

Your leak rate looks fine.

I'm thinking there is too great a distance between your min pressure and your therapeutic 90% pressure. So what happens is the machine dials it down when you're on your side, then you roll over and the obstructives go a little crazy go nutz.

If it were my cute little body I believe I would set the minimum up a bit. Say to 9 or 10, and watch the results.
