Leak Rate and RERA

Leak Rate and RERA
I bought the Gel pillows for my Dreamwear about three months ago, used them for a couple of nights and then put them aside because I thought I'd got the wrong size. They were a bit uncomfortable. I went back to them three nights ago and looking at the data, my AHI has gone down but more importantly, my RERA score has dropped significantly.

Last night was an AHI of 0.81 and an RERA of 0.54. Most significantly, the leak rate was very constant with a min and median of 21, a 95% of 24 and a max of 35. The previous night was similar with an increased leak rate at the beginning of the night until I adjusted the mask. RERA was 1.01

I've been trying for a while now to bring down my RERA scores and may finally have found a solution.

My current settings on my BiPAP are EPAP: Min 10 Max 20, IPAP Min 12.5 Max 20 PS Min 2.5, Max 5.0

This raises a question for me - does leak rate have an effect on RERA scores?
