spindriftlime's Treatment
Been using CPAP since the 21st of June.
- Full Face Mask, the Resmed Quattro
- Diagnosed using home sleep study with AHI of 20
- By July 9th I saw my first AHI below 3
- July 13-15th, 3 AHI's below 4
- Now my AHI's are back above 8
- Screenshot shows what is very typical on my bad nights (AHI over 8), lots of OA's and CA's early in the night
- Leak rates are not particularly high, most of the time are zero.

Can it be my GERD?

RE: spindriftlime's Treatment
Your apnea are all clustered together, and once you addressed the positional problem at the beginning of the night, things look really good. Read our wikis on positional apnea and the soft cervical collar for more details on how this pattern is easily recognized and addressed.
