tired of being tired
#11
RE: tired of being tired
Hey, D3 that was what I was going to suggest. I also found giving up sugar and corn syrup and all processed foods and taking B12 and more protein in the form of brown rice protein and spirulina ( if you do not know about it, Google it) made a big difference and loosing 11 pounds too. It all works together I guess. I take liquid D3 and B12. BTW I do think gluten free helps loose weight but gluten foods also are fililng like oatmeal and bread and starchy which I crave and can't eat in moderation.
