Light/Dark Therapy
Just wondering if anyone on the forum is receiving light or dark therapy? I would like to know what benefits they have got from this if any? Thanks

I use a lightbox in the morning, first thing in the morning, for 15 minutes, usually in the winter. However, if I lived in the UK, where it rains a lot, I bet I'd use it all year 'round. It definitely helps me.
