It could be but the OAs prior to it are the result of disrupted breathing and this is likely in response to that. That arousal looks positional to me so look for more clusters like that and if there are many (think AHI going higher) you may need to take a more definitive action to reduce them.

Thanks Gideon, I will check, maybe try a cervical collar again? I tried and couldn't deal with it.

I would say that it is in a watch state right now, not one where I would say you need to take action.
