Long CA, low SpO2 - but machine didn't mark it as a CA

Long CA, low SpO2 - but machine didn't mark it as a CA
Since I'm wearing my soft cervical collar I've been little to no obstuctions at night. Still don't feel well though in morning, which may be due to my AFIB medicine. But I still get these crazy CA's causing oxygen to drop to low 80's%. I am a little frustrated and scared when these events occur, that I am still wearing my Contec O2 sensor that alarms me if O2 drops below 88%. I woke up gasping for air this morning around 8:02am and my HR went up 100+.

I also was video recording, and it clearly shows my chest stop breathing during this time period. Is this something I need to bring up with my sleep doctor?
They already lowered my BI-LEVEL to 8/4 PS4. I'm wondering since I'm using the collar, if maybe I don't even need that high of pressure now?

I know if i send this to my sleep doctor, he would say "you're doing good", and wouldn't care about my oxygen dropping to low 80's.
