Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

RE: My son just got his study results
I probably disabled it once because I was getting PMs that were problematic and then I forgot to enable it again. It has been corrected now.

In the future, I won't disable my PM's but if there is an issue, I will just block the user. It doesn't happen often so I don't anticipate a problem going forward.
