Looking for feedback on results for new user please
I don't return to my Dr for 3 mos. and was wondering how I was doing overall? Seems like I may still be snoring a lot? Not sure because I sleep alone. I bumped my min pressure to 6 and can tolerate the mask now (before I felt like I was suffocating). Wondering if my pressure range now looks correct? It's 6-12 now.Full disclosure...I had a few drinks last night so that explains a few extra trips to the restroom lol.

RE: Looking for feedback on results for new user please
speed3914,
Everything points to you needing a higher pressure. Lots of RERA's, Flow limitations, snores. For 95% of the night, you are bumping up to your maximum pressure. I recommend you raise your minimum pressure to 9cm and open up the max pressure to 14cm. Keep your Flex setting at what feels best for you. I recommend 2. You should see a difference with these changes.

Thanks Trish...glad to be here
One question though..I can't find good explanations for the sleepyhead data such as what various headers and abbreviations mean? On the color coded chart(pic 3 top left) listing ahi, vs, vs2 etc are the numbers minutes overall?

When you go to the main page of Wiki or Robysue's Guide look at the Index on the left. You will see links to Definitions and one for Acronyms. These should answer most of your questions about the terms you asked about.
