If it is a VAUTO that would make it a bipap. It’s full name ResMed Aircurve VAUTO. That is a great machine.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Thats some skummy business going on here. Get the doctor to Rx a bipap and put it in to the insurance and tell them that you are not getting good results with you current APAP and that its difficult for you to tolerate the APAP, that way you have two completly valid reasons for bilevel therpy
