Love Nasal Mask; Hate Chin Strap
#11
Look for the Ruby Red chin strap on amazon works well. Also the dog toy under the chin or a small hardish pillow under the neck which allows you to hug it to your jaw and keep it from dropping does work as well/ I use both.

Forget it...with my lips taped shut, air from my puffed cheeks squirts out the corners of my mouth!

I'm with ya on this one, Jim. Even with a chin strap, air still comes out the sides of my mouth. The other night, my wife said she woke up to the sound of our neighbor's snowblower. She couldn't figure out why someone would be running a snowblower at 2:30am and she started to get pissed until she realized it was the air coming out the sides of my mouth making a buzzing sound.

Encouraging to hear from a fellow nasal-to-mouth gusher! My wife has moved to another room where she can get some sleep. I wish I could sleep in a different room from myself...

In the meantime, I am using a F&P Simplus ffm and allowing my mouth to do whatever it wants.

have you tried the Resmed Mirage Liberty (nasal pillows with oral mask)?
