Love my CPAP but...

RE: Love my CPAP but...
I'm in the middle of a similar quest - mine for various forms of camping. From what I can find so far, looks like for my pressures (twice your pressure) the Transcend or the Z1 pull about 0.3 amp @ 12v with no humidification. I don't know this for sure :-). If so, this is about 1/3 the power draw of my home machine with no humidification.

If you can use the humidifier in pass-over mode, a really low setting like 5cm the PR System One 60 should only draw about 0.5-0.8Ahr from the research I've seen. The current "recommended" 2 day battery seems to be the 12AHr LiFePO4, but there is active discussion about this and we're still waiting for more active "use" reports.

I haven't ordered mine yet as I don't have a camping trip scheduled soon.

Real world data.

I split the cord coming out of the 12VDC side and measured my system amps with my Fluke 336. 60 watt power brick.

straight cpap. no humidifier. = 0.5 amps EPAP not greater than 1.0 IPAP call it 0.75 average.
BiPAP essentially the same.
with humidifier set to max about 4.0 to 5.0 call it 4.5.

So about 6 AH/night no humidifier. 36 AH/night humidifier maxed out. Many nights I use little or no water so 36 AH is absolute worst case.
I use my PAP machine nightly and I feel great!
