RE: 3 months with CPAP and still choking (charts included)
Laryngospams can happen during sleep and not be present during wake, im an example.

Silent reflux also known as LPR - Laryngopharyngeal reflux produces no heartburn, usual manifestation is having a chronic inflamed throat without any infection.

Alot of ent's dont even know LPR exists or treat it like a myth.
